Everything about how a reading is produced is documented, and the documentation lives where the numbers do — inside the terminal. Use this page when a document cannot answer it: billing, access, a number you cannot reconcile, or a bug.
Sign in and open Account → Help & Documentation. Because it sits next to your own saved presets, it can answer with your settings rather than in the abstract: which studies you loaded, which engine produced a reading, what your last alert fired on, and the full user manual with the release notes for the build you are running. Nine questions in ten are already answered there, in context, immediately.
The more specific the better. Tell us the pair, the timeframe, the studies in the slots and the time you were looking — and we can usually retrace the exact tick you saw.
We cannot tell you whether to take a trade, review your strategy for profitability, size a position or comment on your open risk. 4Xedge Bias Terminal measures; the decisions stay yours. Anything phrased as a trade recommendation gets a polite decline.
If something is wrong with a live trade — an order that will not fill or close, a margin call, a disputed fill, a withdrawal, an account locked out — contact your broker directly and immediately. We cannot help, and time spent writing to us is time not spent with the only party who can act.
We have no connection to and no control over your open or closed positions. We hold no funds, place no orders, route nothing to any venue, and cannot see your account or your trade history. 4Xedge Bias Terminal is a data and analysis provider only.
The five we are asked most. Deeper versions of each — with your own settings filled in — sit in Account → Help inside the terminal.
